What youll be doing: Procurement Manager
o Set-up the supplier network for a new category "Merchant Services", covering Third Party Logistics, Call Centre, Payment terminal fulfilment and Field Services
o Arrange, manage and control full P2P- Process including Frame contractual arrangements
o Manage and optimize the category in scope according to category objectives
o Drive a global team and be part of creating a new concept for Merchant Services
o Support a growing purchasing organization in building up new processes and introducing new tools
o Monitor the global supplier market in terms of global sourcing/ best value for cost sourcing
o Build and establish strong internal customer and stakeholder relationship
o Collaborate across AEVI organizations including Product, Finance, Service Operations, Legal, and others to ensure technical and business targets are being met
o Be open to dive into other categories if necessary
The successful AEVIator: Procurement Manager
o 3-5 years of professional experience in strategic procurement of logistics services within an international setting, if you had experience within third party logistics, call centres and managed services that would be great
o University degree in economics, industrial engineering or similar educational background
o In-depth knowledge of logistics, call center and field service processes and players
o Expertise in performance benchmarking/ monitoring and transportation cost optimization.
o High level of IT literacy and competence, including SAP experiences
o Strong negotiation, communication and business development skills
o Working knowledge of project management principles and practices
o Ability to work on own as well as part of an international team managing own priorities effectively
o Able to adapt to and deal with change effectively
o Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
o Travel willingness (ca. 10%)
o Proficiency in German language is preferable but not essential
