What This Job Involves:
o Support in financial analysis using DCF and other financial models (xls)
o Buy side/sell side underwriting of investment opportunities comprising all main asset classes and compiling of advisory reports
o Support in business development activities and drafting of pitches
o Liaise with clients and network with industry professionals
o Gathering of information and market data in collaboration with the Research Department, presentation of the same through tools such as power point, world, excel
o Drafting of Information Memoranda (documents summarizing key information of investment opportunities) and specific ad-hoc project reports
o Creation of project Tenancy Schedules involving analysis of legal documents
Desired skills and experience for this job:
o Experience: 1 to 3 years in the Consulting, Investment, Asset Management, Real Estate and/or NPL fields
o Business background: Master of Science in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
o Master knowledge of the Office package: Power Point, Word and Excel
o Exceptional communication and analytical skills
o As our client base is mostly international, an advanced level of English and Dutch is required, both written and spoken
o Used to work within a challenging and international environment, able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
o Hard working attitude and ability to use initiative to solve issues
o Strong commitment to details, accuracy, results and driven by a client-oriented approach
