What youll be doing: Delivery Manager
o Responsibility for the delivery of the solutions to the customers starting with the initial requirements gathering, ending with the acceptation of the solutions in Pilot operation
o Overall responsibility for the costs generated by the deliveries
o Representation of the solution towards customers and partners
o Management of the Delivery Team meeting defined goals
o E2E ownership on the deliverables
o Detailed Planning of deliveries, prioritization of work for your team(s) (Agile and Scrum ceremonies)
o Daily stand-ups with your team(s) to drive forward Product development
o Drive technical best practices while utilizing industry trends and new technologies
o Planning and organizing QA of your deliverables
o Deliver on-time quality software deliverables
o Collaboration and communication with stakeholders (QA team, Architects, Analysts, Developers, Product Managers, AEVI Management)
o Provide technical thought leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
o Help to analyze and resolve technical and application Product problems
The successful AEVIator: Delivery Manager
o Ability to manage your portfolio deliveries for multiple international customers
o A strong leader, with an ability to drive and inspire a diverse team across multiple locations
o Strong focus on meeting strategic objectives - both financial and business development based
o Playing a representative role in front of the customers and partners
o Strong stakeholder management
o Fluent business English both written and spoken
o French speaking skills will be appreciated
o Advanced presentation skills
o Relevant industry experience with the management of SW deliveries to international customers
